RÉINTÉGRATION

L’idéal, selon les études, surtout pour les patients qui n’ont pas encore ni de l’emploi ni de logement, sont des structures post-thérapie, où ces patients après leurs traitements peuvent continuer d’être soutenus et encadrés pour leur réinsertion pendant qu’il vivent dans un environnement protégé exempt de drogues, d’alcool et comportements déviants.

Ces structures de la réinsertion prévient 60 à 70 pour cent des rechutes et veuillent à potentialiser par la motivation d’un suivi personalisé et structuré à un retour plus rapide à la vie active aussi bien que les patients soient responsable de leur propre actions.

The Ideal, as shown by studies, and especially for patients who do not yet have a job or their own residence, are post-therapy residential structures, where these patients after their treatments continue to be supported and supervised in their reintegration, while living in a protected and safe from drugs, alcohol and deviant behavior.

These reintegration homes prevent 60 to 70 percent of relapses and, through motivation and a personalized and structured follow-up, promote a faster return to active life in a responsible way by the patients.
